A Bit About Me

I enjoy asking questions to gain a clearer perspective about the cellular processes governing a system-level phenomenon. Exploring the epigenomic manifestations of flooding-stress memory excites me, as it touches both a system-level phenotype, and the molecular players in the background. The flexibility in phenotypes and the ease with which genetic tools can be implemented in Arabidopsis, makes it a good resource for studying such responses.

When not in the lab, you can find me in the kitchen, humming to Indian classical music or grabbing a soda after a game of badminton!
